Robert Eickholt

Robert Eickholt has had an extensive career in the automation and manufacturing industry, starting with their role as a Program Process Engineer at Progressive Tool in 1996. Robert then joined ThyssenKrupp Budd Company as an MFG Staff Engineer from 1999 to 2006. Robert then moved onto Fori Automation Inc. as an Account Manager/Sales Engineer from 2007 to 2012 before taking on the role of Key Account Manager Automotive at Staubli from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Mahindra NATC as VP-Manufacturing and was later appointed Head of Advanced Manufacturing from 2015 to 2017. During this period, they also worked at Fori Automation Inc. as Director of New Business - Welded Assembly Systems from January to April 2015. In 2021, they became the CEO at Arrow Automation and was also a Board Member (Director). Robert then went on to co-found DATAcrue LLC in August 2022 and BEK Structures LLC a month later, where they served as a co-founder. Robert'smost recent role is as the CEO of Michigan Custom Machines, a company that provides complete engineered solutions for advanced test machines for the automotive and general industrial component and systems manufacturers.

Robert Eickholt attended the University of Michigan-Flint from 1989 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. During the same time period, they also attended the University of Michigan and obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Machine Element Design.
