Jeffrey Wickman, MPA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in contract analysis, budget development, and community relations. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Analyst at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation since June 2019, Jeffrey specializes in drafting and finalizing contracts and grants. Previously, as Government/Community Relations Manager for the Jackson Area Transportation Authority, responsibilities included developing procurement standards and coordinating with federal and state agencies. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Budget Analyst for Maricopa County and Business Manager for Livingston County Michigan Works!. Jeffrey holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan and two bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and Northwood University, respectively.
