Mykayla Giles

Mykayla Giles currently serves as the DEI Coordinator and Organizational Ombudsman at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, a position held since April 2023, while also operating Giles Consulting LLC, which focuses on training and workshops related to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Student Leadership, and Conflict Resolution Mediation. Previous experience includes serving as the Department Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, & Belonging at Jackson College and holding the role of President in Student Government. Mykayla has also contributed to Siena Heights University as a McNair Scholar and Campus Living Assistant, and as a Resident Assistant in the Office of Residence Life. Academic credentials include ongoing master's degrees in Organizational Leadership from Arkansas State University and Public Administration from Regent University, following completion of a bachelor's degree at Siena Heights University.
