Weiwei Lu

Weiwei Lu is an experienced professional with a robust background in international trade, finance, and project management. Currently serving as International Trade Manager at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation since April 2012, Weiwei Lu has been recognized with the State of Michigan Symbol of Excellence Award in 2017 for outstanding performance and has played a crucial role in supporting West Michigan SMEs with business consultation and export strategy development. Previous roles include Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where Weiwei Lu achieved top scores in licensing exams, and Managing Director at Dandong Taiin Corporation in China, which was co-founded and built by Weiwei Lu. Weiwei Lu also has project management experience from Hongkong Royal Pacific Enterprise Co., Ltd., where multimillion-dollar projects were independently developed. Weiwei Lu holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Trade from Peking University.
