Michelle Maloney

Michelle Maloney is a seasoned professional speaker with extensive experience in training across Michigan, focusing on topics such as positivity, conflict resolution, and personal strengths. As a manager in the County Services Department for both the Michigan Farm Bureau and the Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies since 1994, Michelle has developed skills in training, administration, finance, and relationship building with 65 County Farm Bureaus. Prior experience includes a role in corporate performance improvement at Farm Bureau Insurance. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from Alma College and is a Certified Master Trainer through the Association of Talent Development, as well as additional education from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School.
