Larry Rice has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Larry started their career as a R&D Group Leader at Geocel Corporation, where they led a team in completing numerous innovation projects and achieving ISO 9001 registration. Following this, they worked as a PC Coordinator at Elkhart Products Corporation and then as a Sr. Technical Support Analyst at NIBCO. In 1999, they transitioned into managerial roles, serving as a Manager of Network Systems at both McKesson Provider Technologies and Elkhart General Hospital. Larry then moved on to become the Director, IT Systems & Operations at Press Ganey Associates until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Director of Technology and Information Security Officer at Lakeland Regional Health System, where they provided strategic direction for IT operations and disaster recovery. Larry then became the Director of Technology Solutions at United Federal Credit Union until 2015, when they assumed their current role as the Director of IT Service Delivery at Michigan First Credit Union. In this role, Larry leads the Infrastructure and IT Operations teams and shapes the organization's technology strategy for future growth and competitiveness.
