Melody Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and sales enablement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Michigan First Credit Union, Melody previously held the position of Sales Enablement Manager at ConnectWise, where responsibilities included creating sales documents and organizing global sales team training. Prior to that, Melody served as a Training Coach at United Wholesale Mortgage, focusing on designing and delivering training for trainers, and as a Trainer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, providing product and service training. With foundational roles at Charter Communications, including Sales Support Trainer and Sales Supervisor, and early experience as a Banking Center Manager at Bank of America, Melody has developed a comprehensive skill set in training facilitation, coaching, and sales team management.
