Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips is a seasoned Manufacturing Electrical Equipment Engineer III at Demand Detroit, where responsibilities include implementing and supporting hardware and software for PLC, CNC, and HMI controls, as well as device-level networks, since October 2014. In addition to engineering, Justin Phillips has a strong presence in hockey officiating, serving as a Hockey Official for the Michigan High School Athletic Association and the Ohio High School Athletic Association, where recognition as the 2023 OHSAA Official of the Year was achieved. As a co-founder of the Greater Toledo Inline Hockey League, Justin Phillips has held roles as Referee in Chief and President, overseeing operations and referee certification programs. Previous experience includes a Controls Engineer role at ITS Technologies and an Engineering Intern position with the City of Toledo. Justin Phillips holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Toledo.
