William McKoy, CAA, serves as the Head Line Judge for the Big Ten Conference since July 2023 and also holds the position of Assistant Director at the Michigan High School Athletic Association since July 2021. McKoy's extensive experience includes a prior role as Head Line Judge for both the Mid-American Conference and the Missouri Valley Conference, as well as serving in various capacities with the National Football League, including Instant Replay Booth Communicator and K-Ball Coordinator. From December 2011 to July 2021, McKoy was the Athletic Director at Summit Academy North High School. McKoy’s background also includes teaching and athletic administration at Henry Ford Academy and serving as a Human Resources Sergeant in the US Army. McKoy earned a Master of Arts in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wayne State University.

Michigan High School Athletic Association
The MHSAA is a private, not-for-profit corporation of voluntary membership by over 1,500 public and private senior high schools and junior high/middle schools which exists to develop common rules for athletic eligibility and competition. No government funds or tax dollars support the MHSAA, which was the first such association nationally to not accept membership dues or tournament entry fees from schools.
