Martin Belkin

Medical Director, Multiple Sclerosis Center at Michigan Institute for Neurological Disorders (MIND)

Martin Belkin has a strong background in the field of neurology, with a focus on neurological disorders. Martin began their career as a Resident Physician at Botsford Hospital in 1996. After completing their residency, they joined Henry Ford Health System as a Fellow in Neurophysiology, where they worked until 2001. In 2001, Belkin joined the Michigan Institute for Neurological Disorders (MIND) as a Physician, a position they held for over 15 years. Most recently, in 2016, they were appointed as the Medical Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Center at MIND.

Martin Belkin attended the University of Michigan from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Michigan State University from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Medicine and obtained a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
