Elizabeth Flahie has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Elizabeth started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at Production Services Management Inc. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, where they analyzed business operations models and promoted continuous improvement initiatives. From 2014 to 2017, Elizabeth served as the Corporate Office Manager – Mexico at the same company, overseeing all administrative functions for the Mexico division.
In 2017, Elizabeth joined Michigan Language Assessment as the Assistant Director of Operations. In this role, they contributed to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the long-term strategic business plan for English language assessments and services. Elizabeth then advanced to the position of Director of Operations, where they continued to oversee operational areas of the business. Currently, they serve as the Director of Assessment and Operations, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for budgeting, risk management, test security, and quality assurance.
Elizabeth Flahie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Eastern Michigan University.
