Stavroula Floratos

Stavroula Floratos has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Director of the General Education Program and faculty member at Hellenic American University since January 2011. In addition to these roles, Stavroula works as an Oral & Written Examiner for CaMLA and previously taught English as a Foreign Language and served as a TESOL Educator at Hellenic American Union from 2011 to 2015. Early professional roles include pedagogue at Long Island Amity School, where curriculum development for Social Studies, Reading, and Spanish for grades 5-8 occurred, and summer school teacher for Social Studies and Earth Science at M.S. 391. Stavroula holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Education from St. John's University.
