Masonic Pathways
Nikki Sparks is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Michigan Masonic Home since October 2018, with responsibilities including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, employee retention, and case management. Nikki also holds the position of Onboarding Coordinator at Masonic Pathways and has previously worked as a Youth Career Coach for GIRESD/Michigan Works!, where recruitment and support for Out-Of-School Youth Program participants were key roles. Masonic Pathways
Founded in 1891 in East Grand Rapids, Michigan, Masonic Pathways Senior Living Services relocated to Alma and opened to residents in 1911. Since then the staff and residents of Masonic Pathways have been active members of Gratiot County’s vibrant community.
