Production and Plant Operations

The Production and Plant Operations team at the Michigan Milk Producers Association oversees the efficient and safe processing of dairy products across multiple facilities. The team ensures that butter, nonfat dry milk powder, condensed skim milk, cream, and whole milk powder are produced to the highest standards. They manage logistics, raw milk intake, and plant sanitation, ensuring that all processes meet SQF Level 3 standards and support the cooperative's dairy farmers in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana.
