Leah Gordon

Leah Gordon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community relations, strategic partnerships, and program management. Currently serving as the Statewide Director of Community Relations at the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters, Leah focuses on retention solutions through barrier relief and grant procurement. Previous roles include Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Teen HYPE, where leadership efforts led to increases in program funding and stakeholder engagement, and Manager of Program Success at Youth Solutions, Inc., overseeing operations for multiple sites and developing national partnerships. Leah's earlier experience includes significant project management and organizational development roles at EDSI, Meridian, and CS Partners, demonstrating a consistent commitment to continuous improvement and strategic growth.
