Matthew Dougan possesses extensive experience in management, operations, and marketing within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Building Manager at Michigan Sports Academies since July 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Assistant Director of Michigan Operations & Sales at Prime Social Group, focusing on social media campaigns and festival sales strategies. With a background in facilities management and marketing, roles at organizations such as LETS PLAY SOCCER and Live Nation Entertainment highlight proficiency in operations and event marketing. Matthew also contributed to youth sports programming as a Youth Sports Specialist at YMCA of the USA and developed promotional campaigns as a Regional Promotional Director for SFX Entertainment.
