Amber Hill

Amber Hill has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Call Center at MSU Federal Credit Union since April 2013, where previous roles included Call Center Manager II and Management Development Associate. Amber's career began in the hospitality industry at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, progressing through various management positions from November 2002 to April 2013. Academically, Amber holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University. Amber also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of South Florida.
