Neil Juhnke

Neil Juhnke is an accomplished leader in food and agribusiness operations, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Michigan Sugar Company since March 2023. Prior to this role, Neil served as Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations at Red River Commodities Inc from April 2021 to March 2023 and held various senior positions in Pipeline Foods, including SVP Physical Operations. Neil's experience includes significant leadership roles, such as President and COO at Northstar Agri Industries, where responsibilities encompassed the comprehensive development and operation of a canola processing facility. Previous positions also include President of Genesis Technology Group and management roles at American Crystal Sugar Company, where Neil oversaw agricultural operations and corporate maintenance for multiple sugar processing facilities. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and completed the Essentials of Management Program at The Wharton School.
