Jim Thompson has an extensive background in the food industry, working as a Sanitation Manager at Michigan Turkey Producers since December 1999. Prior to that, Jim was a Shift Supervisor at Gray & Company where Jim supervised the Queen Anne Chocolate Cherry Line and a team of 2 forepersons and 65 union associates. Jim also worked as a Cheese Maker/Sanitation employee at Tholstrup Dairies, where Jim excelled in cheese making and production, winning best in class at the WCMA Cheese making Championship in 1991.
