Alicia Ganaway is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Michigan Virtual since August 2021, Alicia provides comprehensive guidance on talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Alicia previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation, overseeing HR strategy and operations. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cornerstone Education Group, Alicia managed all HR functions while also contributing as a Director of Human Resources. Alicia's career includes roles at RR Donnelley and Bowne, starting as an HR Administrator and advancing through various management positions. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
