Jennifer Brown is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Michigan Virtual since May 2017, Jennifer has also held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Employment Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Service Desk Attendant at Sparrow Michigan Athletic Club and an Interim Human Resources Partner at Sparrow Health System. Jennifer's extensive tenure at Sparrow Clinton Hospital further showcases expertise as a Human Resources Partner. Jennifer began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Specialist (Benefits and Compensation) at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
