Andrew McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in engineering and manufacturing. Beginning in 1999, they worked as a Tooling Engineer at Bosch until 2003. Andrew then joined Shape Corp., where they served as a Toolroom Manager and later moved on to become a Cell Leader before becoming the Maintenance/Engineering Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Benteler Automotive as an MTP Process Leader and then became a Sr. Product Engineer. Following this, they worked at Knoll as an Engineering Manager. In 2015, they joined Gill Industries as the Technical Services Manager and later became the Plant Manager. Andrew then joined BENTELER Automotive as an MTP Process Designer and subsequently took on the role of Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Pridgeon & Clay. Currently, Andrew McCarthy is the Vice President of Engineering at Michigan Wheel.
