James Yoo

James Yoo is the current Commercial Property Manager at MICM Real Estate. James has also worked as an Operations Executive Trainee at Coramax Mall Sdn. Bhd. from July 2017 to December 2017. In their previous role, they were exposed to the operations, credit & control, and leasing departments of the company. James was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the mall, dealing with customer feedback, overseeing the EVOXEN system, and keeping track of rental payments. James also assisted with executing tenancy agreements and contacting potential tenants.

James Yoo has a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Kyung Hee University, and a Minor Degree in European Studies from Maastricht University. James is certified from the Real Estate Institution of Victoria (REIV) in Agents' Representative Certificate, and from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism in Certificate of Cross Country Cycling Road. James is also certified from the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation in RSA Certificate, and from Scuba Diving International Extreme Watersport in SDI Open Water Scuba Diver.

James Yoo reports to Judy Andrews, General Manager, Property Management. They are on a team with Caelan Morton - Property Consultant, Evangelos Blatsis - Property Consultant, and Danny Campos - Property Consultant.
