Judy Andrews is the current General Manager of Property Management at MICM Real Estate. Prior to this, they were with John R Andrews Pty Ltd for 11 years, where they served as Office Manager. Judy then moved to Buxton (Albert Park) Pty Ltd in 2007, where they served as Office Manager for 4 years. Judy has extensive experience in managing staff, accounts, advertising, and various company departments. Judy is known for their exceptional dispute resolution skills, both internally and externally. Judy is a key member of the management team at MICM Real Estate and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Judy Andrews has a certificate in real estate practice from the Victorian University. Judy also has certification from in business and estate agency practice.
