Laura Rose (De Souza) possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Owners Corporation Manager at MICM Real Estate since June 2022. Previous roles include Operations Manager at ahs hospitality for a brief period in early 2022, and Hotel Manager positions at Veriu Group and Brady Hotels from 2021 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Laura held various management positions including Operations Manager at Frasers Hospitality and Renzella Group, and Assistant Manager roles at Accor Ibis Glen Waverley and MGallery Hotel Collection. Laura’s career commenced as a Receptionist at Pullman Hotels & Resorts in 2006.
