Constantin Alin Dobrica

Constantin Alin Dobrica has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. From 1998 to 2000, they worked at Cybersoft Romania as a Visual C++ Programmer, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a fully featured 2D graphics engine. From 2000 to 2010, they worked at AVIAN COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED as a Web and Applications Development Manager and an Analyst Programmer/Senior Analyst Programmer. In this role, they managed all web developers and supervised application development, database design and implementation, and network infrastructure. Constantin Alin also wrote and updated IT policies and procedures, and helped with management in hiring new employees. In 2010, they founded Alcamy Digital, an IT consulting and provisioning business, where they built business systems across the world, developed bespoke desktop and web applications, and provided wireless compliance testing and database applications. Since 2013, they have been the IT Director at MiCOM Labs, a world-class regulatory compliance service provider. In this role, they are responsible for MiCOM Labs' full range of consultation, testing, and certification services, and they are capable of in-house testing for countries including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, and Australia.

Constantin Alin Dobrica obtained a Bachelor of Science Bsc (Hons) in Information Systems and Economics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București between 1994 and 1999. Constantin Alin also holds a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification from Microsoft.
