Ilana Shamis

Ilana Shamis is an experienced recruiter currently working at a stealth-mode startup since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ilana served as the Talent Acquisition & Welfare Manager at Rewire from January 2023 to August 2024 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and US People Ops at RightBound from May 2022 to January 2023. Ilana's career began as a Technical Recruiter at MatchPointIT, where responsibilities included managing the entire hiring process for tech positions across various sectors such as high-tech, startups, and fintech. Ilana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, and Human Resources from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo (2017-2020) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Psychology at the same institution, expected to be completed in June 2025.
