Roberto Cecchini serves as the Executive Director of MICOPERI Srl, overseeing the coordination of operational activities in offshore installation, transportation, salvage, and subsea operations since September 2025. As the Founder and CEO of Ariadne Consulting, Roberto focuses on EPCI project structuring and execution governance for energy infrastructure. Roberto has extensive experience in project leadership, having directed significant projects at McDermott International, NMDC Energy, and Petrofac, including the BorWin6 and BorWin3 projects. With a background in strategic development and negotiations in various energy sectors, Roberto's expertise spans onshore and offshore projects across multiple international markets. Roberto holds a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
