Egor Ilin is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and electronics industries, currently serving as the Commercial Director, Member of the Management Board, Chief Sales Marketing Officer, and Head of Marketing at АО "НПФ "Микран" since June 2009, focusing on marketing research and business strategy in wireless telecommunications, navigation radars, microwave test and measurement equipment, and MMIC GaAs. Additionally, Egor Ilin has been the Chairman of Youncta Srl since May 2017, where the focus is on developing innovative microwave and optoelectronic solutions. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Marketing Officer at MI Telecom from January 2009 to February 2013, specializing in marketing analysis of the microwave point-to-point radio industry in Russia and the CIS.
