Starting in 2007, TH Koay worked as an IC designer for Altera until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they held various roles at WPG Holdings Limited, including Sales Manager and Assistant Field Application Manager. In 2018, they moved to Nexperia and worked as a Technical Sales Manager until 2021. During this time, they also served as the Global Account Manager for Motorola. In 2022, TH Koay joined Micro Commercial Components (MCC) as the Director of Technical Marketing.
From 2003 to 2005, TH Koay attended Northumbria University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
