Don Foster

Don Foster is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades at Micro Center, starting in 1993. Currently serving as the National Contact Center General Manager, Don oversees all technical support retail agents, the national call center staff, web and social networking initiatives, the OEM build center, and the product support engineering team. Don's prior roles at Micro Center include Technical Support Manager and GM of Technical Services, along with experience as Manager of Technical Support at WinBook Computers from 1993 to 1997. Don Foster is an alumnus of the United States Military Police Academy and graduated from Licking Heights High School.
