Harry co-founded and currently serves as the President and COO of MIC Global, an insurance partner that focuses on disruption. Prior to this, they were the CEO of STP Risk Services LLC, where they emphasized action over discussion in bringing ideas to reality. Harry also worked as an Advisor for CompareInsurance Nigeria (CIN) Ltd and DASHUB.

Harry Croydon has extensive experience as a CEO, having held that position at TonkaBI, PinStove Limited, Betr Digital, and DogLost Limited. At TonkaBI, they utilized AI, machine learning, and digital analytics to deliver value through robotic process automation. At PinStove Limited, they led a team of home chefs and operations personnel, expanding their business through an app. Betr Digital focused on delivering great customer experiences in the insurance industry, and DogLost Limited helped people find lost dogs through a comprehensive database.
