Pavan Deshmukh is an experienced professional in quality assurance and quality control within the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. Currently serving as Senior Executive Quality Assurance at Micro Labs Limited since June 2022, Pavan previously held the role of Executive at SHILPA MEDICARE LTD, focusing on analytical method validation and sophisticated instrument handling, from May 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Executive in the Quality Control department at The Himalaya Drug Company, where Pavan analyzed a variety of cosmetic products, and as Junior Officer at Indoco Remedies Ltd., emphasizing the analysis of packing materials and raw materials.
