VINOD KARIYA

Vinod Kariya is currently serving as the Senior General Manager (Process Engineer) at Micro Labs Ltd., where they lead the Process Engineering and Technology Transfer Division. Previously, Vinod held various managerial and engineering roles in companies such as Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Actylis, focusing on process engineering, technology development, and scale-up. They began their career as a Shift Engineer at Gujarat Organics and later worked as a Lecturer at V.V.P. Engineering College. Vinod earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Matunga, Mumbai, and also holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University and Amravati University, respectively.
