Karen Mangum has worked in the tech industry for over 30 years. Karen started their career in 1989 as a Game Artist at Electronic Arts. Karen then moved to Communities.com as an Artist in 1998, followed by Electric Communities as a Computer Artist in 1999. In the same year, they joined Juniper Networks as a Technical Publications employee. Most recently, they have been working as an Office Manager at Micro Magic, Inc.
Karen Mangum earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Biology and Psychology from UC San Diego between 1978 and 1982.
