Alessio Nasini

Alessio Nasini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Their most recent position is Chief Financial Officer at Micro Merchant Systems, Inc, which they started in 2022. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Halo, where they were responsible for finance, HR, IT, legal, and revenue operations. During their time at Halo, they also partnered with the CEO to develop a growth plan, acted as Corporate Secretary, and oversaw all legal matters.

In 2019, Alessio worked as an Independent Consultant at Waystar for a few months. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they held the role of SVP/Corporate Development at Tribune Publishing Company, where they managed M&A, corporate strategy, and strategic investments. Alessio Nasini's education history is as follows: In 1999-2000, they attended Linnaeus University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. From 1995-2001, they studied at Università degli studi Roma TRE, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Administration. In 2004-2005, they attended SDA Bocconi for the Management of Information Systems Program. Finally, from 2006-2008, they pursued an MBA degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
