Ramal Jafri

Ramal Jafri is a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Micro Merchant Systems, Inc. since September 2020, responsible for participating in daily Scrum meetings and conducting various testing types throughout the SDLC, including Sanity, Smoke, Unit, Functional, Integration, and Regression testing. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Portfolio Analyst at United Bank Limited, where responsibilities included providing Level-2 technical support and managing operational issues, and as an Application Support Analyst for SWIFT & AML Infrastructure Systems at Habib Bank Limited, focusing on server management, issue resolution, and application maintenance. Earlier roles involved research in hardware system design at the Research Center of Artificial Intelligence at NED University of Engineering and Technology and an internship at Siemens. Ramal Jafri holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Information and Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
