Sanjay Khushalani

Sanjay Khushalani has a strong background in operations and customer service. Sanjay started their career at Motif, Inc. in 2007 as a Customer Care Representative and worked their way up to become a Team Leader in both Quality and Operations. Sanjay then joined Micro Orbit in 2017, where they initially served as an Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Operations.

Sanjay Khushalani obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree with a specialization in advanced database management system from H.L. Institute of Computer Applications, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they completed their schooling at Asia English School, where they studied Commerce. In terms of certifications, Sanjay has obtained Operational Excellence Foundations and Six Sigma: Black Belt certifications from LinkedIn, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma.
