VP & General Manager at Micro Precision Technologies

Victor Servello has over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Victor began their career in 1981 as Vice President and General Manager of Adams Russell, Inc. (M/A-Com), a design and manufacturing company for RF/Microwave standard and custom multi-function assemblies, amplifiers, power dividers, log amps, GaAs/mechanical switches, attenuators, and other products used in the Military, Industrial, and Medical sectors. At Adams Russell, they grew the division to over $30M in revenue and 13% PBT, and initiated, recommended, negotiated, and setup an operation in Ireland.

In 1990, they became President of East Coast Operations at Signal Technology, Inc., a design and manufacturing company for RF/Microwave standard and custom switch matrix, power dividers, log amps, GaAs switches, attenuators, and other products used in the Military, Industrial, and Medical sectors. At Signal Technology, they returned two operations to profitability within 6 months and recommended acquisitions that helped the company reach over $90M.

In 1993, Victor Servello started Servello & Associates, a consultancy working with a Boston Law Firm as COO/CFO in two Chapter 11 workouts. Victor ran the operations during the bankruptcy cases and both successfully exited their Chapter 11 cases when the companies were reorganized and acquired by outside investment groups. Victor also worked with other small start-up firms helping them with seeking investments and improving their operations.

In 1995, they joined Genometrix as a Board of Director. At Genometrix, they were part of an early stage Human Genome company that had several rounds of financing, patents, and products ready to go to market.

In 1998, Victor Servello became Chief Operating Officer at ATN Microwave, Inc (Agilent Technologies, Inc.), a RF/Microwave Test Equipment Design/Manufacturing company that operated in the Military, Wireless communications, Industrial, and Medical markets. At ATN Microwave, they returned the company to profitability and reinvigorated dormant R & D projects, which resulted in the company being acquired by Agilent for 3X sales.

In 1999, they became Director of Operations/Business Development at CTI Technology/TDMS, a Contract Manufacturing company for Industrial, Medical, and Military applications. At CTI Technology/TDMS, they were actively involved in acquisitions in NC, FL, and Mexico.

In 2003, Victor Servello became General Manager of New England at Veritech Inc.

In 2005, they joined MassMicro, LLC as General Manager/Director of Operations. At MassMicro, they were responsible for bidding, winning, and program management of multiple large military contracts utilizing multiple subcontractors. Victor also led efforts for initial ISO-9001 certifications.

In 2015, they became Vice President and General Manager of Micro Precision Technologies, a company that manufactures high-quality metalized thick film substrates and provides complete assembly, functional, and environmental testing for microcircuits on thick film substrates.

Victor Servello has a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Suffolk University, and has completed the Raytheon Management Training Program.
