Brian Carroll has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Brian began their career in 1999 as a Global Transition SME and Strategic Outsource Contract Helpdesk Team Lead at IBM Global Services - End User Services. In 2005, they joined IBM Business Continuity and Resiliency Services as an Intel/Storage - IT Specialist. Brian then worked as a Systems Admin at Granite Associates/Gerry Foundation from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they returned to IBM Business Continuity and Resiliency Services in the same role. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at IT BY DESIGN. Brian Carroll obtained an A.A.S degree in Computer Technology from Alfred State College between 1997 and 1999. Brian also holds an ITIL Foundations certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
