Lisa Nemeth-Cavanagh has held a number of positions in the technology industry since 1992. Lisa began their career at Union Center National Bank as a System Administrator. Lisa then moved to Bed Bath & Beyond in 1994, where they held the positions of Manager of Technical Services and Technical Support Analyst. In 2000, they were promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience & Marketing Technology Solutions and Vice President of Store Solutions, Innovation & Enterprise Collaboration. During this time, they also served as Director of Store Solutions & Enterprise Collaboration and Senior Manager of Store Systems. In 2017, they joined Micro Strategies Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and Practice Executive, where they led the Analytics, Security, Hybrid IT, Managed Services and Enterprise Content Management practices. Lisa was also responsible for developing and executing the overall vision and roadmaps and enabling the Sales team in driving business valued conversations. Finally, they served as Enterprise Strategist, in partnership with the CEO, Sales and Delivery leaders, to design and execute an enterprise transformation into a highly effective, value driven solution provider.
Lisa Nemeth-Cavanagh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of New Jersey between 1989 and 1993. Lisa has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn, Real Work Risk Institute, and Change Catalysts. In 2019, they obtained the Kubernetes: Cloud Native Ecosystem certification from LinkedIn. In 2017, they obtained the Mini-Certificate Real World Risk (Integrating Risk Taking, not Risk Management, and Decision Making) certification from Real Work Risk Institute. In 2015, they obtained the CQ Certification Program certification from Change Catalysts.
