Eric Harbour

Eric Harbour started their work experience in 2003 at MidwayUSA, where they worked as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a 75-seat inbound call center as well as overseeing warehouse, shipping, receiving, and continuous improvement efforts. Eric then joined Black Hills Energy in 2011 as a Continuous Improvement Manager, and remained in that role until 2018. Eric is currently working at Micro-Tech Endoscopy as the Sr. Director of Operations, a position they have held since November 2019.

Eric Harbour earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1987 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from the same university. Later, Eric pursued further education at Williamwoods University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
