Derong Leng has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 1985, they worked as a Manager of Designing Department at Kunming Tractor Manufactory Works until August 1993. In 1993, they joined Jiangsu Zhoulin Pinpu Medical Device Ltd as a General Manager until 1999. From March 2000, Derong Leng became the President and Co-Founder of Micro-Tech Headquarter, where they currently hold their position.

Derong Leng studied at Wuhan University of Technology from 1981 to 1985, earning a Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on cranes.
