Amy Sennett

Amy Sennett is currently the General Counsel at micro1 and a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School. Previously, they served as General Counsel at OpenText, where they led the legal team for the Security Solutions business. Amy also held positions as General Counsel at Catalant Technologies and General Counsel at Karat, guiding corporate finance and regulatory matters. They began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, contributing to significant cases including the NFL concussion litigation, and have an extensive educational background with degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School.
