Muhammad Usman

Muhammad Usman has solid work experience spanning several positions and companies. Muhammad is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at MicroAgility, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and streamlining processes. Prior to this role, Usman held various positions at MicroAgility Services (Pvt) Ltd., including Head of Human Resources and Manager Human Resources. In these roles, they focused on strategic HR management, organizational development, and employee relations. Earlier in their career, Usman worked at Ovex Technologies Pakistan, where they held the position of Incharge Human Resources & Administration and Executive to CEO. Muhammad gained valuable experience in recruitment, analysis, and management. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at the Accountancy College of Excellence (ACCA, UK), where they established and oversaw a unique HR management process. Overall, Usman has a strong background in HR, operations, and leadership, with a focus on process improvement, talent management, and organizational development.

Muhammad Usman holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management, which they obtained before 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Science, from 2004 to 2005. Earlier in their education, they graduated from the University of Punjab with a BSc degree in Physics, Math A & B, between 1999 and 2002. Muhammad Usman has also acquired various certifications related to Agile Foundations, HR and Digital Transformation, Blockchain Basics, Certification Prep: SHRM-CP, and People Analytics in 2022, all obtained through LinkedIn.
