Randall Hendricks, MBA, is a seasoned professional in engineering and manufacturing with extensive experience in leading design verification, manufacturing processes, and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Design Verification Engineering at Microaire Surgical Instruments since May 2019, Randall oversees a team focused on new product development and safety testing. Previously, Randall held roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineering Group Lead at Dentsply Sirona, and Project Coordinator at Energizer -Playtex Products, demonstrating a strong track record in validating products, improving manufacturing efficiencies, and managing substantial projects within FDA regulatory environments. Randall's foundational experience includes overseeing assembly operations and managing multimillion-dollar improvement projects at Baltimore Aircoil Company.
