Dawid Kuchta has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. Their most recent role is as the Co-founder & CEO of Microamp Solutions, a deep tech company specializing in 5G mmWave Private Network deployments. Prior to that, they worked as a Power Amplifier Developer at IT PARTNERS TELCO & Institute of Radioelectronics and Multimedia Technology WUT, where they contributed to the development of LTE-Advanced micro-cell BTS. Dawid also served as a Microwave Engineer & Researcher at Warsaw University of Technology, participating in various projects and conducting research as part of their PhD studies. Additionally, they held positions as an RF Engineer and Research And Development Engineer at The Institute of Radioelectronics and Multimedia Technology WUT, where they focused on the development, modeling, and characterization of microwave transistors and technology. Dawid also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Electrical Design Engineer Intern at SKA Polska Sp. z o.o and as a Software Engineer Intern at Samsung Electronics Polska.

Dawid Kuchta received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology in 2009, and later completed another Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the same institution in 2014. In 2013, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology. During the same year, they also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National University of Singapore, specializing in MMIC Modelling & Packaging Lab. With a desire for further education, Dawid pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, in 2015, they also embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at the National University of Singapore, specializing in Electrical & Computing Engineering.
