Cory Chiossone

Cory Chiossone has held various roles at different companies throughout their work experience. They started their career in 2008 as a Reader Management System Intern at Educational Testing Service (ETS). In 2011, they interned in Epidemiology at Allegheny County Health Department. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Technician at Taylor Farms. Cory Chiossone then joined Microbac Laboratories, Inc. in 2014 and held positions such as Associate Scientist II, Associate Scientist III, Senior Associate Scientist, Assistant Laboratory Manager, Laboratory Manager I, and currently, they are working as a Laboratory Manager II since March 2018. Additionally, they served as a Microbiology Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the University of the Sciences from 2009 to 2011.

Cory Chiossone completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Forensic Science from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. They attended the university from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Pittsburgh - Graduate School of Public Health, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Infectious Disease & Microbiology (IDM). This degree was earned between 2011 and 2013.
