Demetra Bernard has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Demetra worked at Microban International as the Director of Marketing and as the Senior Manager Global Built-In Marketing. Prior to that, they were the Director of the BOB Brand and Product at Britax Child Safety, where they managed product, brand, and marketing activities. Demetra also held the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Britax Child Safety, where they were responsible for brand positioning, marketing strategy, and execution of brand/product messaging. Before working at Britax, Demetra was the Marketing Director at Springs Global, where they managed brand positioning, marketing strategy, research, and brand development. Demetra also worked as the Manager of Brand Licensing and Business Development at Springs Global. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Community Coffee and Hanesbrands Inc., where they developed marketing programs and launched new brands.

Demetra Bernard holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. Demetra also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. In addition to their formal education, they have completed multiple certifications through LinkedIn, including "Communicating Across Cultures", "B2B Marketing Foundations", "B2B Marketing on LinkedIn", "Email Marketing: Drip Campaigns", "Lead Generation Foundations", and "Webinars for Lead Gen".
