Michael Ruby is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development, marketing, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as President of Microban International since June 2018, Michael oversees global profit and loss, leading commercial, marketing, and technical teams to drive growth and innovation in antimicrobial and odor control solutions. Previously, roles at Celanese included Director of OEM Corporate Accounts and Director of the Global Composites Business Line, where Michael led high-performing teams and contributed to product development and strategic marketing. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Graco, GlasCraft Inc., and Nalco Company, showcasing a strong background in sales strategy, new product development, and international market growth. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
